Tashkent metro transports 63.8 million passengers in the first quarter

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- In January-March 2024, 63.8 million passengers were transported in the Tashkent metro, which is 25.1 million more than in the corresponding period in 2023. This was announced by the Statistics Agency of Uzbekistan.

The average daily number of passengers transported during this period amounted to 700.8 thousand, which is 64.7% higher than in the same period in 2023.
