The company’s annual report said that net revenue in 2011 made up 35.426 billion soums (35.291 billion soums in 2010). Prime cost reached 26.798 billion soums in 2011 (25.708 billion soums).

Expenses of the company exceeded 6.245 billion soums in 2011 (6.967 billion soums). Income from main activity hit 3.066 billion soums (2.883 billion soums) in 2011.

The assets of the company made up 32.03 billion soums in 2011 (25.905 soums), of which 3.506 billion soums were fixed assets (3.213 billion soums), 20.094 million soums – long term investments (19.217 million soums) and 3.712 billion soums – money resoures (5.483 billion soums).

The venture’s charter capital makes up 882.841 million soums. Other own capital of the venture exceeds 13.943 billion soums (11.337 billion soums).

Tashkent varnish-and-paint plant has been created in 1945 and currently it is one of the largest varnish-and-paint producers in Central Asia.
