Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Tashkent International Airport named after Islam Karimov (TAS/UTTT) has once again ranked among the top three busiest airports in Central Asia, according to last week's data from the popular aviation portal Aviation Statistics.

Leading the top three is Almaty Airport (ALA) with 1,390 flights, followed by Baku Airport (GYD) with 1,163 flights, and Tashkent Airport (TAS) securing third place with 1,029 flights.
