The seminar was organized within the memorandum of understanding, which was signed by the State Property Committee of Uzbekistan and Overseas Human Resources and Industry Development Association (AOTS) in 2011. (The AOTS was reorganized into HIDA in 2012).
Representatives of 50 companies, state companies, graduates of AOTS courses and employees of the State Property Committee of Uzbekistan attended the event.
The seminar was aimed at raising skills of employees on corporate management, including organization of modern export-oriented marketing.
During the seminar, the participants considered strategy of marketing, methods of their implementation in large Japanese firms, and others.
The attendees also exchanged opinion on marketing management in the enterprises and other issues of corporate management.
