One of the exhibition presents the best works, presented to the photo contest “The Most Beautiful Country”. The Russian Geographical Society initiated this project to preserve the wild nature of Russia and promote a respect for the environment through the art of photography.

In the framework of the second exhibition, masterpieces of Old Russian icon painting from the collection of the Russian Museum will be presented.

The virtual exhibition is prepared on the basis of the collection of the Russian Museum (St. Petersburg) and shows more than 100 works of ancient Russian art.
