At the event, the participants discussed development of National Information-Communication system of Uzbekistan, gradual improvement of legislation in the area, efficient use of ICT in modernization of public administration system and democratization of the society, as well as successful experience of foreign and international experience in development and introduction of ICT into public and state construction.

Foreign specialists from South Korea, Japan, China, Australia, Latvia and Georgia attended the roundtable and presented their experience in development of electronic government and ICT in their countries.

The information received at the roundtable it is planned to use in law-making, organizational and analytical work of the state bodies to create conditions for active introduction of ICT in all spheres of public life.
