Uzbekiston Pochtasi OJSC said that representatives of 8 communication administration of the RCC, International Bureau of Universal Postal Union, and Executive Committee of the RCC participated at the event.

At the session, the participants discussed preparation to the 25th Congress of the Universal Postal Union (UPU), while authorized representatives signed proposals of the RCC communication administration on introduction of changes and amendments to regulating documents of the UPU.

The participants considered reports of the chairpersons of the RCC commissions on their operations and their working groups in 2011.

The session considered other issues. The participants adopted corresponding decisions.
