The company said that its prospectus of emission has been registered by the Center for coordination and control over functioning of securities market on 14 December 2011.

Within the issues, Tashkent Construction Materials Combine will place 986,576 shares with par value of 1,100 soums each.

At the same time, the company will float 981,081 ordinary shares and 5,495 preferential stocks.
