Svetlana He brings over 20 years of experience in the banking sector, specializing in corporate governance, service development, and financial products for clients and businesses. Before joining Uzum Bank, she served as Chairperson of Yangi Bank and held leadership positions at Octobank and Kapitalbank.

In her new role, she will work alongside the Uzum Fintech team to implement the company’s long-term strategy and develop innovative fintech solutions for customers and entrepreneurs in Uzbekistan. Her expertise will help scale financial products, providing millions of citizens with fast, convenient, and reliable online financial services.

Alexander Filippovich will continue to enhance cross-functional business processes at Uzum Fintech and strengthen partnerships with local and international stakeholders.
