Suspension bridge to connect Yusukhona and Sijjak Mahallas in Tashkent region
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — A suspension bridge is planned to be constructed in the Tashkent region.
In an interview with the "Uzbekistan-24" TV channel, Deputy Minister of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Davronjon Adilov, announced that the bridge will span 377 meters and will connect the mahallas of Yusukhona and Sijjak.
According to him, part of the bridge’s structure will be made of glass.
To implement the project, negotiations are expected to be held with experienced companies from China, Türkiye, and other countries, he added.
