Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) – Governmental resolution approved the Regulations on the procedure for allocating subsidies for silkworm grits supplied by enterprises for the processing of cocoons and the production of silkworm grenades to persons involved in the cultivation of silkworm cocoons.

According to the resolution, until 1 January 2026, enterprises for the processing of cocoons and the production of silkworm cocoons are annually allocated a subsidy in the amount of 120,000 soums for each box of silkworm toasts they supply directly to persons involved in the cultivation of silkworm cocoons.

Respectively:

- the Address list of recipients of subsidies for the first and second seasons will be formed (until 20 May);

- the Address List for the third and fourth seasons will be signed and submitted in accordance with the established procedure to the Committee for the Development of the Silk and Wool Industry (until 20 August);

- The Committee transfers the funds allocated for the provision of subsidies to the bank account of the recipient of the subsidy (within 10 working days).
