In particular, the requirement for compulsory escorting of tourist buses by patrol cars of the State Traffic Police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan was abolished if tourist buses meet safety requirements and have GPS, mandatory and voluntary insurance policies, special reflective coloring (line), mobile communication with drivers, as well as incident button, etc.
The ban on transportation of empty buses at night is canceled if there are two drivers.
It should be noted that previously existing requirements and restrictions led to an unreasonable increase in the cost of tourist tours (due to the high costs incurred by tour operators to pay for patrol cars), especially in domestic tourism, and there was an artificial shortage of tourist buses, especially during the high tourist season.
