During the meeting, the parties discussed the main areas of cooperation, in particular, the possibility of attracting German company to improve the roadside tourism infrastructure of Uzbekistan.
German partners requested information about possible routes, which can be transferred to them as a concession, traffic on these routes, analyzing the structure of the number of transit vehicles, the number of cars, trucks and buses, operating gas station operators, etc.
Representatives of the German company will visit Uzbekistan in order to study the possibility of investing in the creation of service areas or franchise transfer of project solutions, management systems and other know-how to local partners.
At the same time, in the process of creating service zones, it is planned to construct roadside hotels, filling stations, markets, cafes and snack bars. It is also planned to install ATMs and entertainment machines.
The sides also considered transfer of the SANIFAIR system to Uzbek side. SANIFAIR system is a system of sanitary-hygienic units (SGU) at gas stations, railway stations and shopping complexes.
After the meeting, the parties reached an agreement on further development of mutually beneficial cooperation.
