The single portal of state interactive services was launched on 1 July 2013.

Currently, the portal received 6,000 appeals, of which 4,700 or 76% were considered, 1,510 (24%) are considered at the moment. Legal entities submitted 660 appeals or 11% of total received appeals.

The large part of appeals (59.4%) make up petitions, 25.8% - proposals and 14.8% - complaints. Major part of appeals (1,907 units) were related to activities of the state bodies, on various issues (504) and communal services – (375).

Over 80% of users preferred to receive answers to their applications in electronic form to their emails.

According to the statistics, about 519 appeals were sent to Uzarchive, 420 – to Ministry of Interior Affairs, 342 – Ministry of Justice and 324 – Tashkent city administrations.

In 2014, it is planned to launch new service, including issuing certificate of good conduct, declaration of goods by business entities at customs registration, appointment of meetings at the state bodies, etc.

Currently, over 300 state bodies are connected to the single portal of state interactive services.
