In the result of the studies, the committee revealed 468 cases of violations of Outdoor Advertisement Placement Rules on installation of advertisement constructions. The committee said that 285 cases were connected with the illegal height of advertisement construction, 63 cases were related with non-adherence of rules on installation of advertisement construction near roads and 55 cases were connected with non-adherence of set rules on distance between advertisement constructions.

The committee underlined that some 28 violations were revealed in four central cities of Tashkent city.

State Demonopolization Committee said it gave orders to eliminate violations and proposed local administrations to introduce changes and amendments to Outdoor Advertisement Placement Rules.

In the result, some 312 advertisement constructions were removed, 103 constructions were brought to conformity with requirements and on 53 constructions, the committee gave time to bring them in correspondence with rules.
