State Demonopolization Committee studies localization passports

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- State Demonopolization Committee of Uzbekistan considered 35 projects on production of 149 localized products in January-February 2012, of which 11 (31.4%) on production of consumer goods and 7 (20%) – production of metal products.

The committee said that on 15 projects there is no competition or market saturation in the market. On four projects, there are market saturation, but number of producers is low.
