The committee said that it is taking measures on other facts of violation in line with the legislation of Uzbekistan.

The committee said that Nasafqurilish LLC installed outdoor advertisement in Karshi city without obtaining necessary permissions. The committee added that it fined the firm and ordered to eliminate violations.

Arktika Bottlers placed outdoor advertisement of Arktika mineral waters and soft drinks to roofs of houses in Ahangaran city of Tashkent region. The case was opened on the fact and adopted sanctions in line with the legislation.

State Demonopolization Committee said it carried out 157 studies of outdoor advertisement placements, and revealed 97 cases of violations of legislation and set rules.

The committee underlined that to avoid similar violations it submits necessary materials to local administrations.
