State bodies were forbidden to overspend funds until the end of this year

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- A Presidential resolution "On further improvement of interbudgetary relations and tax administration" was adopted.

According to the resolution, in 2022, 40 percent of the funds provided for allocation to the regional budgets from the overfulfilled part of the forecast for value added tax revenues will remain in the republican budget.

From 1 May 2022, deductions to the Civil Service Development Support Fund from extra-budgetary funds of state bodies and organizations are suspended.

In April-December 2022, 15 percent of the funds received in off-budget funds of state bodies, as well as received from the placement of free funds to deposits in commercial banks, will be transferred to the republican budget.

State bodies are prohibited until the end of this year to acquire fixed assets and repair buildings and structures (with the exception of schools, kindergartens, medical and medico-social institutions, orphanages).

When calculating the tax on the property of legal entities, towers, bridges (flyovers), reservoirs (fire structures, cisterns), sheds, sheds, concrete platforms and walls (curbs) are not considered as a tax base.
