Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers "On approval of the procedure for selecting the best proposals when attracting international and domestic consultants and organizations for the sale of state assets" was adopted.

According to the document:

according to the decision of the state commission, international and domestic consultants and organizations are involved in the sale of state assets;

the selection of the best proposals is carried out by the procurement commission in accordance with the procurement procedures;

tender documentation (draft contract, terms of reference, etc.) is developed by the State Assets Management Agency (AUGA), approved by the procurement commission and sent to

State Unitary Enterprise "Center for Comprehensive Expertise of Projects and Import Contracts" under the Ministry of Investments, Industry and Trade;

after the examination, information on the selection is published on the AUGA website at least 15 days before the selection;

relevant proposals are accepted through the AUGA website.

The selection of international and domestic consultants and organizations is based on the following criteria:

qualification requirements:

compliance of the applicant with the established deadlines for the sale of state assets;

the applicant’s work experience, information on transactions concluded by him in this area;

information about the team/specialists (competence information) involved by the applicant;

the work plan of the applicant for the sale of state assets.

price criteria:

Bidder’s proposals for the price for services (including operating expenses and VAT).
