State Asset Management Agency begins siale of three business centers in Tashkent

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) – The State Asset Management Agency of Uzbekistan has announced the commencement of an international sale process for three multi-story business centers located in the Tashkent City International Business Center.

The properties are owned by JSC "Alokabank," JSC "Asakabank," and JSC "Uzpromstroybank." The sale will be conducted through an open international competitive process.

KPMG has been appointed as the consultant to attract major international investors with experience in managing and operating business centers. KPMG has distributed investment teasers to over 170 large international and local investors to gauge their interest and preferred transaction format.

Based on market feedback, the decision has been made to sell the business centers as three separate property complexes, each offered as an individual lot.

Business Center Details:

JSC "Uzpromstroybank" Building:

Total Area: 82,284 m²

Total Floors: 33

JSC "Alokabank" Building:

Total Area: 81,439 m²

Total Floors: 26

JSC "Asakabank" Building:

Total Area: 66,202 m²

Total Floors: 26

The sale process will occur in two phases: the Expression of Interest (EOI) phase and the Binding Offer (BO) phase.

Deloitte, a member of the "Big Four" accounting firms, has been engaged to evaluate the business centers.
