Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- By order of the Minister of Employment and Poverty Reduction, a model regulation on the procedure for holding a competition (selection) for employment was approved.

The document defines the procedure for selection when hiring in an organization, regardless of the form of ownership and departmental affiliation.

To ensure timely and high-quality organization and conduct of a competition for employment, a permanent commission is created by order of the head of the organization.

When hiring, a competition is held at least once a quarter based on the available vacancies in the organization's system.

The commission includes at least five people from among the employees of the organization and qualified specialists in the relevant field and is formed in an odd number.

The competition consists of the following stages:

announcement of the competition;

acceptance of candidate documents and their consideration;

passing by the candidate of the test, interviews and (or) practical tests;

announcement of the competition results.

In order to ensure an open and impartial conduct of the competition, the commission is obliged to broadcast events online.
