Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The management company Uzbekistan Airports on the E-auksion site placed several lots for renting space in the arrivals area of Tashkent airport. These include areas for catering outlets and a flower shop, vending machines, ATMs and charging stations for mobile devices.

There are currently five lots available for bidding. An area of 33.5 square meters is proposed for organizing a catering point – bar counter and seating area. The annual starting cost is 482.1 million soums.

In the retail sector, space for organizing a flower shop of 17 square meters is up for auction with a starting annual cost of 142.8 million soums.

In the arrivals area, space is also available to accommodate vending machines. Three machines (coffee/snacks/drinks) will be located on an area of 2.5 sq.m. The starting amount of the lot is 36 million soums per year.

2 sq. m are allocated for the placement of ATMs. The annual starting price is 12 million soums per year. Also 1 sq. m with a starting annual cost of 12 million soums per year will be raffled off for charging stations for mobile devices.

All lots have detailed technical specifications that companies must comply with. Requirements for tenants and starting prices are available to everyone under each lot on the E-auksion website. The lots also indicate starting annual amounts, which, according to the rules of the auction, may increase during the auction by at least 10%.
