The events are held in the capital of South Korea from 21 October to 25 October 2013. The event was organized by the Ministry of Safety and Public Administration of South Korea and United Nations Department of Economic and Social Affairs (UNDESA).

Over 1,000 representatives of governmental structure, business circles and international organizations are participating at the event. A delegation of the State Committee of communication, information and telecommunication technologies of Uzbekistan also is participating at the events.

Uzbekistan presented information on role of electronic government and trends in development of information technologies in public administration.

Within the visit, the Uzbek delegation will hold talks with the officials of the Ministry of Safety and Public Administration of South Korea, National Information Society Agency, Korea Advanced Institute of Science & Technology (KAIST) and other organizations.
