Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers “On measures to systematize regulatory documents governing the provision of public services” was adopted, Norma reports.

The document approved the Unified Administrative Regulations for the provision of public services on the issuance of certain types of certificates to individuals and legal entities. It provides:

the procedure for receiving and considering applications for the issuance of certificates to individuals and legal entities;

distribution of fees charged for the provision of public services;

passports of government services provided for issuing certificates.

To use government services, applicants apply personally to the Public Services Center or register with MY.GOV.UZ.

When an applicant personally applies to the Public Services Center, the corresponding form is filled out by an employee of the Public Services Center, and all documents are transmitted to the authorized body electronically within 10 minutes after confirmation by the applicant. When submitting an application through MY.GOV.UZ, the application form is automatically sent to the competent authority.

The rules of the regulations apply to the types of certificates provided for in the passports for the provision of public services listed in the appendices to the document.
