Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers “On approval of administrative regulations for the provision of public services to investors in the territory of special economic zones” was adopted.

From 1 December 2023, to receive the following government services, in addition to my.gov.uz and public service centers, the investors can contact directly the directorate of special economic zones:

placement of investment projects;

registration of participants;

concluding agreements on the implementation of investment projects and leases.

The document approves the regulations for the provision of relevant public services.

After receiving the application and attached documents, the directorate:

within 10 days makes a decision on the implementation of the investment project;

puts up the required area of land or building for online auction;

concludes an agreement on the implementation of an investment project with the auction winner;

After submitting the necessary documents and a one-time fee, registers the investor as a participant in the FEZ.
