Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) – Some consumers in Shaykhontokhur and Yunusabad districts of Tashkent experienced temporary power outages due to cable damage.

According to the Ministry of Energy, power disruptions were observed from 13:58 to 16:10.

The ministry clarified that on 2 August at 13:58, an underground 35 kV power transmission cable, which supplies electricity to parts of the Yunusabad and Shaykhontokhur districts, was damaged.

As a result of this incident, some consumers in these areas were left without electricity. Specialists resolved the issue by 16:10, and power supply was restored.
