According to the State Statistics Committee, the total volume of microcredit organizations’ assets reached 14.9 billion soums.

Microleasing services provided in the first half of 2011 amounted to 49 million soums, the committee added.

In January-June 2011, microcredit institutions of Uzbekistan rendered services on granting microcredits and microloans for 16.1 billion soums. Out of them microloans to individuals made up 14.1 billion soums (88% of the total volume) and to legal persons – 1.9 billion soums (12%).
