Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) —  On 28 November 2024, representatives from Sohar International Bank met with the leadership of the Central Bank of Uzbekistan to discuss the bank’s plans for entering the Uzbek banking market and potential areas of cooperation.

Sohar International shared its strategy for expansion and emphasized the significant investment potential of Uzbekistan’s banking sector.

In response, the Central Bank of Uzbekistan outlined ongoing reforms aimed at developing the financial market, attracting foreign investments, and implementing international standards.
