Jizzakh-based club claimed a 2-1 victory over Oq-Tepa of Tashkent. The match was played in Almalyk (Tashkent region).

Sogdiana finished on the 15th place in the Uzbek Premier League, while Oq-Tepa was the second in the First League. In line with the rules, they played a match to book right to play in the Premier League next season.

Sanjar Rashidov of Sogdiana opened the score on 29 minutes, while Temur Hakimov netted an equalizer on 53 minutes. On 77 minustes, Akmal Abdurakhmanov netted the winner.
