Simplify VMS, which is headquartered in the USA, is specialized in creating VMS/TTM platforms and providing the clients with Cutting-Edge Workforce Solutions. The company generates over $25 million in revenue and boasts a workforce of 500 professionals across its 4 global offices located in the United States, India, and the United Kingdom.
The IT Park delegation showcased the talented workforce of Uzbekistan and the numerous IT universities, which are poised to develop the highly sought-after skills needed by outsourcing tech-based companies. They also provided detailed information about the advanced infrastructure and support programs offered by IT Park, designed to help businesses start their operations in Uzbekistan with zero risk.
As an outcome, both sides agreed to launch a pilot project involving 10-15 specialists from Uzbekistan. Manoj Aggarwal expressed interest in opening an office in Uzbekistan after recruitment of high-qualified tech-specialists and building up the first team. Additionally, Manoj was invited to the Global Business Services Forum, taking place this July 24 in Tashkent.
It is important to mention that over 45% of Uzbekistan's IT services and SaaS exports are currently provided to the U.S. market, making the USA and Uzbekistan strong partners in the tech sphere and proving the quality of Uzbekistan's workforce.
