The Center for coordination and development of securities market registered a prospectus of emission of the Uzbek insurance company.

Within the emission, the company will place 442,000 shares, of which 441,500 are ordinary and 500 preferential stocks. Total volume of the issue is 4,276,858,300 soums.

The shares will be placed via replacement of old shares with lesser value to new ones.

The company said that the part of emission for 4.167 billion soums was placed and other part for 109.417 million will be paid due to net income of 2012.
