Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) – Passenger of Silk Avia airline was fined for smoking on the board. The incident occurred on 12 June during a flight on the Tashkent-Samarkand route. 

A 70-year-old woman lit a cigarette in an airplane toilet. The flight attendants of the airline, smelling tobacco products, tried to explain to the passenger that smoking on board the aircraft is strictly prohibited. To which the woman expressed her displeasure.

Flight attendants reported the situation to the aircraft commander. The commander decided upon arrival in Samarkand to call law enforcement officers. In relation to a passenger for smoking on board, law enforcement officers drew up an administrative protocol and find her for 2 sizes of basic evaluation value.
