Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The state visit of the Emir of Qatar to Uzbekistan has ended.

The day before, the heads of the two states visited the sights of Samarkand. Today we held fruitful talks, during which we outlined priorities and promising areas for the development of multifaceted cooperation, and agreed to take bilateral relations to a new level.

At the end of the visit, President Shavkat Mirziyoyev and Emir Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani warmly said goodbye to each other.

At the international airport of Samarkand, the distinguished guest was seen off by the Prime Minister of Uzbekistan Abdulla Aripov.
