Shoes under the label "Made in Uzbekistan" on the Italian market

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- At the international exhibition MICAM, member enterprises of the Uzcharmsanoat Association began negotiations on priority areas, such as trade and economic cooperation, rebranding, exchange of experience and entry into new markets.

Despite the fact that the delegation of Uzbekistan is participating in this event for the first time, the enterprises of our country held negotiations with well-known Italian brands on the export of Uzbek products to the EU countries. Mr. David Clementoni, CEO of Italian Artisan, expressed his point of view about the rich in new products from Uzbekistan.

“As part of the upcoming exhibition in Tashkent, which will be held in October, members of our large community intend to visit the shoe factories of your country and establish cooperation with them,” Clmentoni said. - Products from Uzbekistan are not inferior to Italian ones. I think that soon, it can be seen in the EU countries. Given the diversity of markets, we see that Uzbekistan is working on a separate strategy for each of them. This will allow you to quickly adapt to new markets.”

It should be noted that MICAM presents brands in various price segments from medium to high. Samples of products of Uzbek enterprises are of great interest to representatives of trading houses in Italy and other EU countries. In particular, it is expected that SAN+ONE brand products will soon appear on the Italian market. MICAM is a platform dedicated to all shoe companies that want to enter the European market.

Uzbek enterprises are conducting an effective dialogue in this direction. Further prospects for cooperation will be discussed in detail at the international exhibition UzCharmExpo-2022, which will be held in October in Tashkent.
