The company issued emission of shares for 348.81 million soums. Within the emissions, the enterprise placed 5,273 preferential shares with par value of 66,000 soums each.

In line with the company’s data, the government received 4,462 shares for 294.492 million soums and labour – 285 shares for 18.81 million soums.

Other 538 securities for 35.508 million soums will be sold to foreign investors.

The charter capital of the company, according to the accounting reports, was 10.57 million soums.
