Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Minister of Digital Technologies of Uzbekistan Sherzod Shermatov spoke at the Global Digital Summit, which was held in the USA.
As part of the session on the digital future and the creation of digital skills, the minister discussed the country’s priority objectives, such as increasing the export of IT services, training more than 300 thousand qualified IT specialists and achieving an IT export volume of US$5 billion.
He also spoke about reforms in the field of digital technologies, creating conditions for the work of IT companies, and providing tax benefits
The minister presented measures to intensify work abroad, including in the United States, to attract foreign companies and increase the export of IT services from Uzbekistan.
