Sherzod Fayziyev to head Uzbek diplomatic mission in Azerbaijan

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Senate of Oliy Majlis of Uzbekistan appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Uzbekistan to Azerbaijan on 24 March 2012.

According to the resolution of the Senate, Sherzod Fayziev has been appointed to the post of the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Uzbekistan to Azerbaijan.

At this post, he will replace Ismatulla Irgashev, who wrapped up his mission in Azerbaijan in February 2012.
