Founded in 1965, the holding operates across various industries, including automotive manufacturing, construction, energy, oil and gas, trade, shipbuilding, aviation, telecommunications, tourism, and real estate.

During the discussions, support was expressed for the company’s plans to implement healthcare and education projects in Uzbekistan through public-private partnership (PPP) initiatives.
