Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Shargunkumir JSC will place shares worth 10 billion soums.

On 3 April, 2024, the National Agency for Project Prospects (NAPP) registered the issue of shares of Shargunkumir JSC.

As part of the issue, Shargunkumir JSC will issue and place 10 million common shares with a par value of 1,000 soums each.

The shares will be placed by private subscription.

On 18 March 2024, the supervisory board of Shargunkumir JSC decided to place shares of Uzbekistan Temir Yollari JSC. Then it was noted that Shargunkumir JSC would issue 10 million shares with a par value of 1,000 soums. At the same time, it was decided that the shares would be placed at an estimated price of 11,457 soums each.
