The hotel was constructed within the execution of the programme on development of tourism in Khorezm region in 2013-2015.

According to Uzbekistan Trade Unions Federation, the hotel includes 30 rooms. There are 4 lux rooms and 12 semi-lux rooms. The hotel also has dining room for 30 people and car parking sites.

The hotel is equipped with modern equipment. In particular, the guests can use long-distance calls and Internet.
