Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Seven boxers of the Uzbekistan national team made it to finals of the World Championship in Tashkent. Two boxers became bronze medalists of the tournament.
Khasanboy Dusmatov (-51 kg) defeated Salvador Molina from Spain, Oybek Juraev (-54 kg) was stronger than Dmitry Dvali from Russia.
Abdumalik Khalokov (-57 kg) defeated Munarbek Seyitbek uulu (Kyrgyzstan), Ruslan Abdullaev (-63.5 kg) beat Hovhannes Bachkov (Armenia).
Asadhuja Muidinkhojaev (-67 kg) defeated Michelt Batumur (Mongolia), Saidjamshid Jafarov (-71 kg) - Wanderson de Oliveira (Brazil).
Bakhodir Jalolov (+92 kg) reached the final of the World Championship after Gadf Drissi from Spain refused to enter the ring.
Alohon Abdullayev (-75 kg) lost to Wanderlei Pereira from Brazil, and Lazizbek Mullojonov (-92 kg) lost to Muslim Gadjimagomedov from Russia. Alokhon Abdullayev and Lazizbek Mullojonov won bronze medals at the World Championship.
The winner of the World Cup will receive a cash prize of US$200,000.
