Sevara Nazarkhan and Svetala Saydiyav participate in Russian TV project
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Two singers from Uzbekistan - Sevara Nazarkhan and Svetlana Saydiyeva - conquered the hearts of millions of television viewers and coaches of the TV programme “Golos” (Voice) of the Russian First Channel.

In line with the rules of the TV project, in the first round coaches should make a team from candidates (12 persons per coach). It is worth to mention that the coaches will not see candidates and should select them only based on their voice. In the result of the first round, four teams will be formed. Tutors of the project are Leonid Agutin, Dima Bilan, Pelageya and Aleksander Gradskiy.

The First Channel said that it received over ten thousand applications and only 1,000 were selected for interviews and casting. Some 150 persons had chance to participate in the first stage of the contest.

In the first round, Sevara Nazarkhan performed composition of Lara Fabian “Je T’ame”, while former singer of A’lo band Svetlana Saydieva sang a song of Whitney Houston – “I Will Always Love You”.

It is worth to mention that popular Russian singer Pelageya could not even keep her emotions and cried after the performance of Nazarkhan and said that she dreams to sing a duet with Sevara Nazarkhan.

Svetlana Saydieva also impressed coaches, but Aleksander Gradskiy noted vibrations in her voice. He advised the Uzbek singer to learn to control her nerves.

After their performances, Sevara Nazarkhan selected Leonid Agutin’s team to upset her great fan Pelageya. Saydieva opted to join team of Gradskiy.

In the next stage, tutors will carry out internal contests in their teams through so called “clashes” and assist them to prepare to final. In musical duels, each team will compete with each other, singing the same song. Those, who will fail at the contest, will leave the show, while others will move to next stage. Tutors will have to make difficult decisions.

In next phase of the show, the participants will “fight” each other in live TV programme and the audience will be able to keep the singers via SMS-voting. Tutors will have right to keep singers as well.

At the end, each tutor will have only one singer and they will compete at “super final” and one of them will win the main prize.
