FSSC 22000 is scheme for certification for producers of food products, which unites two standards – ISO 22000:2005 and PAS 220:2008.

ISO 22000:2005 “System of food products security management” is international standard, developed for enterprises, which are part of food chain (producers of half-finished products, restaurants networks, etc.). The standard determines requirements for food security management.

PAS 220:2008 is standard, which determines preliminary conditions programme, introduction of which will make easier to control over threats to food security at production process.
