Sert Akademie holds master class for leading mobile operator of Kyrgyzstan

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Uzbekistan-based Sert Akademie has been invited to Kyrgyzstan to hold master class on use of international standard ISO 9011, which is used to improve quality of products and services, as well as expand activity and open new markets.

Leading mobile operator of Kyrgyzstan, MegaCom (Alfa Telecom) invited the Uzbek specialists to hold training “Internal auditor of the ISO 9001 system”. MegaCom is largest mobile operator of the country and covers 90% of the country.

MegaCom is the first and only mobile operator of Kyrgyzstan, which has implemented international quality management of the ISO 9001:2008 version. The company currently provides high quality services to its clients.

Ildar Ineleev, teacher of Sert Akademie and auditor of TÜV International Certification (Germany) said that the seminar included training on conducting audit. The training will allow to familiarize with ISO 9001 requirements, peculiarities of audit, etc.
