The club said that the management of Bunyodkor considered his resignation and decided to accept it. However, Lushan will continue work at Bunyodkor at the post of director of the club’s football school.

Sergey Lushan was appointed as coach of the Uzbek club last summer. During this period, he headed Bunyodkor in 56 official matches, 31 of which ended with victory of Bunyodkor, 16 – defeats and 9 - draw. Goal difference is 77-44 in favor of Bunyodkor.

The management of Bunyodkor appointed General Director of the Club Bakhtiyor Boboev as the responsible person for performance of the team in national championship and the final match of Uzbekistan Cup.

Bakhtiyor Boboev is well known to football community as a player, who played in such teams as Kosonsoychi and Navbahor (Namangan). He became the champion of Uzbekistan in 1996 with Navbahor. He made a great contribution to the development of football academy Mubarak’s Mashal.

Since 2007, he has been working in Bunyodkor. He worked as Sports Director and then he was appointed as General Director of the club.
