The council noted that the plenary session will consider over 20 issues, including decision on amnesty, changes and amendments to some laws of Uzbekistan and ratification of international agreements.

The council also discussed the report of the Central Bank of Uzbekistan and Account Chamber of Uzbekistan on their activity in 2008.

The session considered other issues, related to jurisdiction of the Council of the Senate of Oliy Majlis.
