Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) – Sodik Safayev, the First Deputy Chairman of the Senate, met with members of the delegation from the Business Council of Egypt for International Cooperation.

During the meeting, prospective areas of cooperation between Uzbekistan and Egypt were discussed, including the development of trade and economic relations, as well as collaboration in the healthcare sector.

It was particularly emphasized during the conversation that thanks to the regular and fruitful dialogue between the leaders of the two countries, Uzbekistan and Egypt, comprehensive partnership relations are developing at a rapid pace.

It was noted with satisfaction that dialogues and exchanges between Uzbekistan and Egypt continue at all levels. The increase in trade volumes and the number of joint ventures, as well as the implementation of joint projects in agriculture, energy, and tourism, were emphasized.

The importance of further strengthening ties between entrepreneurs of the two countries and fully realizing the existing potential was highlighted.

During the dialogue, the parties discussed future plans for prospective cooperation.
