Uzbek cellular operator Coscom has launched commercial operations of its third generation (3G) mobile network after investing US$30 million in its development, the company said on Monday.
Mobile TeleSystems (MTS), the largest mobile phone operator in Russia and the CIS, announced today that it has selected Ogilvy Public Relations Worldwide (Ogilvy PR) as its global communications partner.
