Second European Cinema Festival to be held in Uzbekistan
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The Second European Cinema Festival will be held in three cities of Uzbekistan from 3 to 8 June 2014, the Delegation of the European Union in Uzbekistan said.

The festival was organized by the EU Delegation in Uzbekistan in cooperation with national agency Uzbekkno. The festival will take place in Tashkent, Samarkand and Bukhara.

The festival will present 13 films from 11 European countries. Among the films are action-comedy from Slovenia, fantasy from Spain, cartoons from Latvia, family dramas from Austria and France.

The festival will be held at Cinema Palace named after Alisher Navoi in Tashkent on 3-8 June, Sharq Yulduzi Cinema Theatre on 4-8 June and Bukhoro cinema theatre in Bukhara on 4-8 June 2014.

All films will be shown with sub-titles in Russian languages. The entry is free.
