Representatives of the authorized banks of Kazakhstan, Kyrgyz Republic, China, Russia, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan attended the meeting. Representatives of the authorized banks of Belarus, Pakistan and Mongolia participated in the meeting as the partner-banks.

At the meeting, the sides discussed current state and perspectives of the activities of the SCO Interbank Association. The sides also underlined importance of boosting cooperation in the sphere of joint financing of investment projects, interaction with international financial institutions, working in the space of the SCO and Asian region. The sides also discussed issues of developing strategy for further developing SCO Interbank Association in mid-term perspectives.

At the meeting, the sides underlined their satisfaction with the development of cooperation with financial institutions of the observer states and dialogue partners of the SCO.

The sides signed a decision on providing status of the partner-bank to the Mongolia Development Bank.
